The Oktomat Giveaway

Oktomom? NO! Oktomat! Whatchoo talkin’ bout Willis? This is going to be a fun week on PeepThread. Friday June 10th I am co-hosting the Craft On-A-Stick Party here in San Jose. Everybody and their mom is invited to come craft with us. We’ll be making photo booth props (on sticks) and I’ll be photographing the crafters in our photo booth. In keeping with the foto theme, I am excited to announce the Oktomat Giveaway. The Oktomat is a super fun lomography camera that snaps 8 scenes in 2.5 seconds on standard 35mm film. It’s a great experimental camera whether you’re just getting into photography or are a seasoned enthusiast. The Oktomat is guaranteed to reduce fine lines, increase bust size, and make you irresistible to primates.

I’m changing the giveaway rules a bit. Don’t get too sweaty – I promise it will be fun. To be entered to win, please comment AND send me a photo of something you’ve made {kate(at)peepthread(dot)com}. It can be anything from sewing to taxidermy, as long as you made it yourself. Tell me a little bit about what you made and why you’re proud of it. I will display the photos on PeepThread throughout the week. The winner will be chosen at random. Entries must be submitted by 9am PST on 6/11. I can’t wait to see what you guys send in!

mandy at eight is enough June 6, 2011 at 9:40 am: so..just popped through an email as I don’t know how else to show you the photo…the reason I made this quilt is because when he has his hospital stays I wanted him to feel at home when he was in hospital..its not perfect, but I made …and i am no amazing sewer…lol…xxx
